Teaching profile
I have over a decade of experience teaching writing, literature, and critical thinking in community college and university settings. My teaching helps students develop the skills to read closely, think critically, and communicate with clarity and confidence. I have worked with students from a wide range of educational, linguistic, and cultural backgrounds, creating inclusive learning environments that support curiosity, intellectual growth, and academic success.
Alongside my teaching, I maintain an active practice as a writer, artist, translator, and researcher. This ongoing engagement with creative and scholarly work informs my approach to the classroom, where I encourage students to see writing as a tool for inquiry, reflection, and discovery.
